This session explains what the method is, when to use it, and how to execute each stage with clarity and rigor.

My workshops blend research-backed adult-learning theory with practical, real-world application. Every session includes concrete examples, handouts, and strategies your team can use immediately — no filler, no theory-only lectures.
In addition to nearly two decades of university leadership and course design experience, my professional development model is grounded in research.
For my doctoral dissertation, I conducted a Delphi study with 15 experts in online learning, who evaluated and refined the training framework I use today. Their expert consensus ensures that every workshop I deliver is practical, validated, and aligned with what truly works for faculty, instructors, and adult learners.

Yes. Every workshop is tailored to your institutional goals, faculty needs, and program context. I adjust examples, scenarios, and activities to ensure the session feels relevant and immediately applicable to your team.
Do you offer virtual workshops?
My primary delivery format is virtual, which allows me to support campuses and organizations with highly interactive, research-informed sessions that fit a wide range of schedules.
For in-person events, I offer keynote sessions or full-day professional development experiences. These engagements work best when organizations want a deep dive, a campus-wide event, or a signature experience anchored in adult learning and online teaching expertise.

How long is each workshop?
Most of my virtual workshops are 60 minutes, followed by up to 30 minutes of optional Q&A. This format fits beautifully into busy faculty and staff schedules while still providing high-impact, research-informed learning.
If your organization prefers a deeper dive, I also offer multi-session virtual series (3–6 sessions) that allow teams to build skills over time.
For in-person events, I deliver keynotes or full-day professional development experiences by request.
What types of institutions do you work with?
I partner with universities, community colleges, graduate programs, adult-degree completion programs, and faith-based institutions. My workshops are designed for teams teaching adult learners in online, hybrid, evening, accelerated, or professional programs.
Can the sessions be recorded?
Yes. All virtual workshops may be recorded and shared internally within your institution.
